Toronto Spiritist Weekend – TSW
The Toronto Spiritist Weekend (TSW) is a biennial meeting where worldwide speakers come together to facilitate workshops about Spiritism.
Spiritism is a science that studies the nature, origin and destiny of Spirits, as well as their relation with the corporeal world.” Allan Kardec (“What is Spiritism” – Preamble – 1859)
The principles of Spiritism, codified by Allan Kardec, are founded on three aspects: Science, Philosophy and Religion:
Science - “Spiritism is a science which studies nature, origin and the spirits’ destiny, as well as their relationship with the material world”.
Philosophy - “Spiritism is a science of observation as well as a collection of philosophical teachings. The philosophy comprises all the moral consequences coming from these relationships”.
Religion - From a religious point of view, Spiritism has the same fundamentals as all other religions: God, soul, immortality, punishment and future reward. Its objective is to prove to those that deny it, or are in doubt, that the soul exists, and that it survives and experiences after death, the consequences of the practice of good and evil while incarnated: the objective of all religions”.

This is a moment where we devote time to our kids and teenagers of the ages between 4 - 13 years, as well as to the parents.
As we all may know, the main reason the spirit reincarnates is for re-education. Childhood is the most flexible and plastic phase of reincarnation. It is when the spirit is more receptive. Through gospel for kids’ classes, the spirit understands better the good practices, moral laws and achieves higher levels of spirituality forever.
